We want you to love your ToothyCase! If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how we handle returns:
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@toothycase.com.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, used toothbrush cases cannot be returned.
