We want you to love your ToothyCase! If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how we handle returns:

Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@toothycase.com.

Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene reasons, used toothbrush cases cannot be returned.
